An advanced headstand variation where the forearms are placed parallel on the floor with palms flat, and the head is placed between the wrists. It bridge the gap between headstand and forearm balance, requiring significant arm strength and shoulder stability.
Place forearms parallel on the floor, shoulder-width apart, palms flat.
Place the crown of the head on the floor between the wrists.
Lift into headstand, hugging the elbows toward each other.
The foundation is the parallel forearms, palms, and the crown of the head.
Maintain equal pressure across the entire palm and inner wrist.
Hips must stay stacked over shoulders, with legs lifting vertically.
Keep the shoulders drawing away from the ears to create space for the neck.
Engage the core deeply to maintain the vertical line.
