Squat down and twist your torso to one side.
Place both hands on the floor, shoulder-width apart.
Rest your outer thigh on your upper arm and lean forward to lift your feet.
Press your palms firmly into the floor, spreading your fingers wide.
Keep your elbows hugging in toward your body.
Look slightly forward to help your balance.
Squeeze your inner thighs together as you lift your feet.
Engage your side muscles (obliques) to stay lifted.
