Inhale deeply through the nose.
Exhale while making a steady, soft 'M' sound.
Feel the vibration in your head and chest.
Sit comfortably with eyes closed. Relax the jaw, keeping the teeth slightly apart.
Use Shanmukhi Mudra (closing ears with thumbs, resting fingers on face) to intensify the internal sound.
Let the hum be like a continuous, silken thread of sound.
