Sit tall, close right nostril with thumb.

Inhale left, switch, exhale right.

Inhale right, switch, exhale left.

Foundation

Find a stable seated position with a long spine. Relax the shoulders and jaw.

Hand Position

Fold the index and middle fingers toward the palm (Vishnu Mudra).

The breath should be like a thin silk thread—silent, smooth, and continuous.
