Ocean Breath / Victorious Breath

Characterized by a soft, whispering sound in the throat, Ujjayi breath builds internal heat, calms the mind, and provides a focal point for movement. It is the primary breath used in Vinyasa and Ashtanga Yoga.

Imagine you are fogging up a mirror, but keep the mouth closed.
