Invoicing for yoga teachers, Germany

Automate your monthly invoices

Upload your Eversports export. Get one Rechnung per studio, priced from that studio's contract, ready to send.

We will email you when your account can be switched on. Nothing else.

The export step, in Eversports. Everything after it happens in PranaPath.

How it works

1.Upload the CSV

Export your month from Eversports and drop the file in.

2.Review the invoices

One invoice per studio, already priced and totalled. Check the lines.

3.Send to the studios

Email each PDF straight from the page.

Questions teachers ask

It turns a month of taught classes into finished invoices. Upload each studio contract once, then upload your monthly class export from Eversports. Every class is matched to the studio that owes you for it, priced from that studio's contract, and collected into one draft invoice per studio. You review it, finalise to get the invoice number, and email the PDF.

Yes. Eversports CSV is the supported import today. Upload the file as it comes, with no reformatting. Each row is read for its date, duration, participant count, and studio name.

No. Each studio keeps a list of the names it appears under, so "Yoga Loft", "Yogaloft Berlin", and "YL Prenzlauer Berg" all match the same contract. Anything we cannot match is shown to you as unmatched rather than guessed at, and you assign it once.

From the contract. Upload the signed agreement as a PDF and it is read for the studio name, billing address, invoice email, and pricing terms. The terms come back as plain sentences, for example "€35 per 60-minute class". You check that list before anything is invoiced with it. If a studio has no written contract, type the rate in instead.

Yes. Set your VAT treatment once and every invoice follows it. Four modes are supported: Kleinunternehmer (§19 UStG), Regelbesteuerung 19 %, Ermäßigter Steuersatz 7 %, and Umsatzsteuerbefreit (§4 Nr. 21 UStG). Where the law wants a note explaining the exemption, that note is printed. Your mode is stored on each finalised invoice, so registering for VAT later does not rewrite what you already sent.

§14 Abs. 4 Nr. 4 UStG wants one continuous sequence, so numbers run gaplessly per year from a prefix you choose. The number is allocated when you finalise, not when the draft is made, so a draft you abandon never leaves a hole.

The invoice is a German Rechnung carrying the fields §14 Abs. 4 UStG requires, and finalising is blocked until each one is present. We also require your bank details, which §14 does not, because an invoice nobody can pay has failed at its only job.

You can send it from the page. The email is drafted to the studio's invoice address with the PDF attached, and you edit the recipients, subject, and text before it goes. The invoice then moves to sent, and you mark it paid when the money arrives.

It is opening to a first group of teachers now. Leave your email and we will get in touch when your account can be switched on.

This describes what the software does. It is not legal or tax advice and does not replace your Steuerberater.
