How to Perform

  1. 1.

    Place the index and middle fingers of the right hand on the center of the forehead (between the eyebrows).

  2. 2.

    Use the thumb to close the right nostril and the ring finger to close the left nostril.

  3. 3.

    Keep the pinky finger relaxed.
